Global Team Network Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate Agreement
All affiliates will receive commissions on sales that are sent in to Global Team Network. Affiliates must remain affiliated with Global Team Network to be eligible for payments. If for any reason  Global Team Network terminates affiliation, that affiliate will no longer be able to receive commissions. Affiliates may speak with a manager if they have received a notice of termination. All affiliates are on commission pay structures that may vary depending on the representative.

Pay Structure:
The pay structure starts at $80.00 per website design sale and can increase from that point on. GTN guarantees that all commissions owed will be paid to the receiving affiliate. This payment will be received within 12-24 hours after Global Team Network has secured the payment from the client. If a promotion is offered then all commissions are split in half. If a customer is unable to make a full price payment, Occasionally the sales reps will offer a promotion. Affiliates may contact Global Team Network at any time to check on the status of their commissions. Email reminders are sent out immediately when a referral purchases services from Global Team Network. All affiliates are notified when a sale has closed. If at any time an affiliate wishes to check the status of a referral they may do so by contacting the corporate office.

Violations:
All affiliates dialing must represent Global Team Network in a professional manner. If any complaints are received in regards to affiliate mis-representation of GTN that affiliate account will be subject to termination. All affiliates must have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by Global Team Network. Affiliates must also take into consideration what time zone the prospects being called are in. Only during the hours of 9am - 8pm may affiliates of  Global Team Network contact prospects. If you are located in EST and the client is in PST then you may call until 11:00 pm EST. That would be 8:00 pm PST where the client is located. You may not contact any prospects past this time restriction. If any reports of harrasment or any other unprofessional types of behavior are received, your account will be subject to termination. 

When posting hiring ads on classified websites and local newspapers all policies, terms & conditions must be abided by. If any affiliate is caught violating classified website terms or conditions then that affiliate account may be subject to termination. Global Team Network has zero tolerance for any mis-representation of the company. When speaking to prospects, affiliates must not refer to themselves as employees of Global Team Network. It must be clear that all affiliates of Global Team Network are affiliates and not employees.
